Chris and the Orca

Chris is a Self-Made-Man. He had a construction office in Germany, took a job to built a cutlery factory in Java and from the money he earned there he constructed and builted by own plans the Orca. At his trip around the world, he made a boxstop in Brasil, found his wife and kept hanging in Brasil. He lived a few years on Itaparica, an iland near Salvador and later he went to Joao Pessoa. There he builted at the Praia do Jacare a guesthouse – and if Chris is building, he makes all by himself, up to the bricks.
Chris is a "150 percent man", what is also showen on the Orca. Everything here is big and overdimensioned, for example the 52 Anderson Winches. He is autark – from Seawaterdestilation over 6 Solarpanels to a washingmashin und and also a Spülmaschine is on Bord. The Orca isn't built for Charter an therefore has a lot of space and comfort. Two masterkabins with beds of 1,70x2,10 meter, one singlekabine, three bathrooms with shower and toilet. The handling of Orca ist so ausgeklügelt, dass sich schon mancher erfahrene Segler bewundernd am Kopf kratzte. Chris is sailing the Orca mühelos Onehand.
The specifications of Orca can be seen on click at the last thumbnail.
If you would like to charter Chris and his Orca. The Turns are completly individuell. Sie können sich selbst versorgen and eat the fish you are catching, or if you wish Chris' wife, is cooking for you. Chris picks you up and sails inside Brasil whereever you want. The costs are relative cheap, because Chris doesn't have to live of it. A Turn from or to Noronha is for example under cheapest conditions (4 guest for each way and self....) 300 R$ for one day and person.
If you are interessted to sail to Noronha, or from Noronha to the continent, only one-way or stay a few days in Noronha on the boat or in a guesthouse or sailing anywhere else in Brasil, send a message to me by E-Mail.
